Adding access needs to a client’s profile helps your team deliver a more personalised and effective support.


How to view access needs

  1. Open the Reports section in your software.

  2. Click Referrals / Cases.

  3. Then click Case Management Reports.

  4. Click Cases, then select Details.

  5. Go to the Details tab.

  6. Scroll to the Access Needs section to view the client’s specific requirements.
