We now offer the ability on a record to display the number of days a case has been open. This new feature also feeds into the Case Management report to allow for reporting on case time.
Click Client Tools, then click Find Case.
Click the Show all button or use the search bar to find the client.
Click View Case to the right of the record.
On the case screen, you now see an i-icon next to the case status. Point to this and a new popup shows the days open and each status.

Reports
To report on the number of days a case has been open, first go to the reporting section.
Click Reports, then click Referrals / Cases.
Select the report youโd like to view, then click the Case Details tab.
Scroll down to see the option to view days open.
