This article will highlight how to run and access reports via Case Management Report.

Accessing and Using the Case Management Report

The Case Management Report provides a detailed breakdown of attendance, engagement, and intervention popularity. You can filter the report by date, outcome, hub, referral handler, and contact type for deeper insights.


How to access the report

  1. Go to Reports in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Referrals / Cases.

  3. Click on Case Management Report.


Report structure

The report is divided into seven tabs:

  • Cases

  • Appointments

  • Visits

  • Contacts

  • Goals

  • Prescriptions

  • Signposting

Each tab includes:

  • A Time Bar to filter by date range

  • A Monthly Overview tab with graphs

  • A Details tab with raw data


Filtering options

Each tab has its own set of filters on the left-hand side. These filters vary depending on the section you're viewing.


See clients prescribed to an intervention

You can now report on how many clients were prescribed to a specific intervention:

  1. Use the Time Bar to select your reporting period.

  2. Go to the Prescriptions tab.

  3. Select the Details subtab.

  4. Use the Interventions filter on the left to choose the relevant intervention.

Note: For large datasets, click Download at the top of the screen to export the report as a CSV file for use in Excel.


Reporting on appointment time with clients

You can now report on time spent in appointments:

  1. Select your timeframe using the Time filter list.

  2. Go to the Appointments tab.

  3. Select the Details subtab.

  4. Use the Visit - Time Spent filter to view appointment durations.

Reporting for Individual Healthcare Establishments

You can now filter reports by specific healthcare establishments:

  1. Select your timeframe using the Time Bar at the top of the Case Management Screen.

  2. Go to the relevant tab (e.g. Appointments)

  3. Select the Details subtab.

  4. Use the Referred From (Centre) Healthcare Establishments filter.

From here you can see how many people had appointments in the relevant Healthcare Establishment during your specified timeframe.

Once you select the filter, the report will automatically update to show relevant data. In this example, youโ€™ll see there was one referral from Tallaght Hospital during the selected timeframe.
