Client Journey Reports

This article explains how to access and use the Client Journey Reports.

This guide will walk you through how to find the Client Journey Report, understand what it shows, apply filters, monitor client health, and export the data as a CSV file.

Accessing the report

To open the Client Journey Report:

  1. Click Reports in the main menu.

  2. Select Client Journeys.


What the report shows

The report gives you a detailed view of your clients based on their registration date. Here's what you will see:

  • ID number.

  • Date registered.

  • Client name.

  • Date of birth.

  • Associated cases (including case owner)

  • Assigned Interventions (with ratings)


Adjusting the time period

Use the time bar at the top of the page to change the reporting period. This lets you focus on specific timeframes.


Filtering the data

On the left hand side, you will find filters to narrow down the data:

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Hub

  • Region

  • Cohort Group


Monitoring client health

On the right hand side, the Health Journey list shows which monitoring tools are used in the project. Click on a tool to view pre and post scores for each client.


Exporting the report

To download the report as a CSV file:

  • Click the Download Report button.
