Viewing Activity Reports in Elemental

This guide walks you through how to filter activity reports by time period and criteria like referral source or agent, and explains the key sections of the report: referrals, case statuses, interventions, and client uptake percentages.

How to access and filter reports

  1. Go to the Reports menu.

  2. Click Referrals/Cases.

  3. Select Activity Reports.

  4. Use the time bar to choose your reporting period.

  5. Apply filters to narrow down the data such as referral agent, referral source, and more.


What is included in the report?

Referrals

The first page (when you select Details) shows:

  • Total number of referrals received.

  • Region.

  • Referral source.

  • Referring agent.

  • Reason for referral.

Case Status Updates

The Case Status tab provides:

  • Number of cases created at your hub.

  • Current status: Active, Waiting, Complete, or Closed.

  • Reasons for each status.

Interventions

The Interventions tab includes:

  • Number of prescriptions made at your hub.

  • Domain categories.

  • Specific types of interventions.

% Uptake

This tab shows:

  • Percentage of clients with one or more prescriptions linked to their case.
