Using the Intervention Activity Report

The Intervention Activity Report gives you detailed insights into interventions, meetings, and client attendance. You can filter the data by section and timeframe to drill down into specific details. Each tab includes a summary overview and a details view for deeper analysis.

How to access and filter the report

  1. Go to the Reports menu.

  2. Select Intervention Activity Report.

  3. Use the time bar to choose the reporting period.

  4. Apply filters to focus on specific data, such as intervention type or client group.


What each tab shows

Interventions

This tab lists all interventions that took place during the selected time period. It helps you understand what support was provided and when.

Meetings

Displays all meetings related to the interventions within the chosen timeframe. This includes scheduled sessions and their outcomes.

Attendances

Shows client level attendance data, helping you track who attended which sessions and how consistently.
