Click Reports.
Select Referrals/Cases.
Click Health Impact Report.
What the report shows
This report compares pre and post intervention scores recorded within a client’s case. It helps you monitor wellbeing changes over time using colour coded indicators:
Green: Positive change.
Red: Negative change.
Black: No change.
Using filters to refine results
You can narrow down the data using the following filters:
Gender.
Age.
Region.
Cohort Group.
Hub.
Additionally, use the time bar at the top of the report to adjust the reporting period.
