Accessing the Performance Dashboard via the Training Academy
If you are looking to understand how to use the Performance Dashboard, we recommend checking out the Referral Handler module in the Training Academy. This module includes a dedicated section on Performance Dashboard that covers everything you need to know.
Important notes before you begin
To use the Performance Dashboard reporting tool, both pre and post scores must be recorded for data to appear.
If you need access to the Training Academy or a refresh of your setup, please raise your query through the Access Digital Assistant and quote "Raise a case" for it to be passed to a support engineer.
Logging into the Training Academy
You must use your assigned username and password to log in.
Do not use your email address, there is a known issue that causes a login loop when using email credentials.
