Trouble Logging into the Elemental Training Academy?
Avoid logging in with your email address, this can lock your account.
If you have forgotten your username for the Elemental Training Academy, here's how to retrieve it safely:
How to recover your username
Go to the Training Academy Login page.
Click Forgotten your username or password.
You will then be taken to a screen where you can search for your username.
If you don’t remember it, use the Search by email option.
You will receive an email with your username.
