If you've forgotten your Elemental Training Academy username or can't log in, follow the steps below to recover your account.
How to recover your username
Open the Training Academy Login page.
Click Forgotten your username or password.
You will then be taken to a screen where you can search for your username.
If you don’t remember it, use the Search by email option.
You will receive an email with your username.
Still can't log in?
If you have recovered your username and reset your password but are still unable to access your account, your account is locked due to previous failed login attempts.
Do not attempt to log in again repeatedly, this can extend the lock.
Do not use your email address to log in, this is the most common cause of account lockouts.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try once more with your correct username.
If your account remains locked, you will need to contact support to have it unlocked manually. Please raise a query through the Access Digital Assistant so the team can assist you quickly.
📌 Note: Do not log into the Training Academy using your email address, this will lock your account.
