Reactivating users on the platform

Steps to restore access for deactivated or inactive user accounts.

We have added a new feature on the platform for Hub Managers to be able to reactivate project staff user accounts on the system if they have been deactivated or disabled for a project after a set amount of time.

To access the new reactivate user feature:

  1. Click Administration then select Users.

  2. Under Last Login, the user shows as User Inactive.

  3. To reactive them, under Actions, click Edit.

  4. Tick Login Enabled.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: When Login Enabled is unchecked, the user will not be able to login.
