We have added a new feature on the platform for Hub Managers to be able to reactivate project staff user accounts on the system if they have been deactivated or disabled for a project after a set amount of time.
To access the new reactivate user feature:
Click Administration then select Users.
Under Last Login, the user shows as User Inactive.
To reactive them, under Actions, click Edit.
Tick Login Enabled.
📌Note: When Login Enabled is unchecked, the user will not be able to login.
