You can still edit any user details within this page, as well as send out password resets, making it a one-stop shop for all your user management needs.

Hub Management enhancements
Say hello to our new Hub Management section, designed to make user management even more efficient. With this feature, hub managers can easily enable and disable users within their project, as well as disconnect users from their project with just one click.
Deactivating users is now easier than ever, thanks to our new user management section. You can deactivate users on a one-to-one basis or select multiple users at once using our select-all functionality.
Plus, if users have become deactivated due to user inactivity, they can be reactivated from within this section as well.
But that's not all - at a license level, we've introduced a new security feature that automatically deactivates users after a certain period of inactivity.
You have the ability to set a user activity threshold, so if a user has not been active for a specified amount of time, their account is automatically deactivated.

Manage Referral enhancements
We've made updates to the Manage Referral section of the platform so you can filter by Postcode or Area Code. This is especially useful if you work within a specific area or postcode, as you can quickly find and manage any outstanding referrals in that location.
With this feature, you can streamline your workflow and ensure that you're addressing referrals in a timely and efficient manner. Say goodbye to sifting through irrelevant referrals and hello to increased productivity and accuracy with our updated Manage Referral screen.

Type of visit configurator
We're excited to introduce our new functionality where you can easily add your Type of Visit Picklist without development. This feature can be requested through your Customer Success Manager, and it enables you to create your own bespoke list of types of visits for your project.
With this new feature, you can customize your Type of Visit Picklist to fit your specific needs and preferences, without the need for any development work. This means that you can work more efficiently and effectively, as you have a Type of Visit Picklist that is tailored to your project's requirements.
