Deactivating multiple users

We have added a new feature for Project Leads to be able to deactivate all users at hub level with one click.

To deactivate multiple users:

  1. Click Administration then select Hub Management.

  2. Select the relevant hub then click the User Management tab.

  3. Under De-activate, next to the user, select the checkbox.

  4. On the right, click De-activate.

  5. Click OK.

πŸ“ŒNote: To deactivate everyone in that list, click select all.


Disconnecting multiple users

We've also added a new feature for Project Leads to be able to disconnect all users at hub level with one click.

To disconnect multiple users:

  1. Click Administrator then select Hub Management.

  2. Select the relevant hub then click the User Management tab.

  3. Under Disconnect, next to the user, select the checkbox.

  4. On the right, click Disconnect.

  5. Click OK.

Difference between deactivating and disconnecting?

  • Deactivating: The user can no longer log in to a project and can't access Elemental.

  • Disconnect: The user can log in to Elemental but you have disconnected them from the hub.
