Not received password to Demo platform

Reset your Demo platform password or raise a support case if access issues persist.

Option 1: Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password for the Demo Platform:

  1. Go to the Demo Platform login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password.


Option 2: Raise a support case

If you are unable to reset your password or need further assistance:

  • Please raise your query through the Access Digital Assistant and quote "Raise a case" for this issue to passed on to a support engineer.

  • Reference the title of this article in your case description to help our team assist you faster
