Option 1: Reset your password

Go to the Demo Platform login page.
Click Forgot Password.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Option 2: Raise a support case
If you are unable to reset your password or need further assistance:
Please raise your query through the Access Digital Assistant and quote "Raise a case" for this issue to passed on to a support engineer.
