If you've forgotten your Online Learning Academy password, follow the steps below to reset it. If the reset doesn't work, the final section explains how to get further help.
Under the Login button, click Forgotten your username or password.
Enter your username only and click Search.
An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
If the reset email hasn't arrived
Open your spam or junk folder. Password reset emails are sometimes filtered automatically.
Allow a few minutes, then try the process again.
Make sure you entered your username, not your email address, in the search field.
Still unable to reset your password?
If the password reset process is not working, for example, the reset email never arrives or you remain unable to log in after resetting, your account needs to be unlocked by an administrator.
Please raise a query through the Access Digital Assistant so the team can assist you directly.
⚠️ Warning: Do not attempt the reset process repeatedly. Multiple failed attempts can lock your account further.
