Update urgency, risk and level of support for a client

Quickly update urgency, risk, and support level for a client directly from their case data.

You can update the urgency, risk and level of support from the case data by following the below steps:

  1. Go to Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. Enter the client’s name in the search box.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Click the edit icon next to the case title.

  7. Update the following fields:

    • Urgency: Choose from Normal, Medium, or High

    • Risk: Enter any associated risks.

    • Level of Support: Choose from Low, Medium, or High.

  8. Click Save Changes.
