Update the outcome for an appointment

Easily update appointment outcomes and trigger next steps directly from the client’s case data

Update a case outcome in a few steps

You can update the outcome of a client’s appointment directly from their case data. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. In the search box, enter the client’s name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Click the calendar icon image.pngnext to the appointment you want to update.

  7. On the Outcome list, select the appropriate outcome.


What happens next?

Depending on the outcome you select:

  • Attended:
    You will be prompted to add new case notes and fill in appointment details.

  • Did not attend, Rescheduled, or Cancelled:
    You will be prompted to create a new appointment.
