Updating a client's preferred contact method
You can easily update how a client prefers to be contacted using the Client Tools menu.
How to update the contact method
Click Client Tools in the main menu.
Select Find Client.
Use the search box to enter the client’s name.
Under Actions, click Case Data.
Click the pencil icon to edit the client’s details.
Use the Preferred Contact Method dropdown to select the new contact method.
Click Save Changes.
