View case notes in a summary form

Quickly access and edit case note summaries directly from a client’s record.

Step by step guide

  1. Go to Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. Use the search box to enter the client’s name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Click Case Notes Summary.

    • This opens the summary screen for the client’s case.

  7. To edit a note, click the graph icon image.pngnext to the relevant entry.
