Manually entering addresses can be time consuming. With the new address search feature, you can auto-populate address fields directly from the database saving time and reducing errors.
Step by step guide
Go to Client Tools and click Express Referral.
If you're a referral agent, go to Healthcare Tools instead.
Answer the following questions:
Are you referring on behalf of someone else?
Please select your referral hub.
Note: If you're a referral agent making a referral from a healthcare establishment, this screen will be skipped.
Click Proceed to Referral Details.
In the Address Details section:
Start typing the address in the Search for address field.
Select the relevant address from the dropdown.
Continue filling out the referral form and click Generate Referral.
