You can quickly create an Express Referral in Elemental by following the below guidance.
Begin by starting the Referral
Go to Client Tools, then select Express Referral.
Fill out the mandatory fields, highlighted in orange.
Choose Referral Type
Once the referral is started, choose a Referral Type.
If you are referring yourself:
Referral question | What to enter |
Are you referring on behalf of someone? | No. |
Please select your referral Hub. | Choose the Hub you're referring from. |
If you are referring on behalf of someone else:
Referral question | What to enter |
Are you referring on behalf of someone? | Yes. |
Referring Organisation. | Select the establishment you're referring from. |
Referral Agent. | Choose the agent making the referral. |
Once complete, click Proceed to Referral Details.
Fill out Referral Details
After choosing a Referral Type fill out the Referral Details.
Complete all mandatory fields highlighted orange with the client’s information.
In Refer to Centre, select the Hub you’re referring the client to.
In Reason for Referral, choose the appropriate reason.
Tick the Client Agrees checkbox, only if the client agrees to the terms and conditions.
Click Generate Referral.
📌Note: Make sure all required fields are filled in before generating the referral to avoid errors.
