Filtering unprocessed referrals

The Manage Referrals screen has been enhanced to help you filter and view referrals that haven’t been processed yet.


How to access the Manage Referrals screen

  1. Click Client Tools in the main menu.

  2. Select Manage Referrals.

  3. Search for a client or click Show to view all referred clients.

All referred clients are listed under licenses that haven’t been processed.


Using referral filters

On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of filters (If enabled for your license). These help you narrow down referrals based on specific criteria:

  • Referred To (Hub)

  • Referred To Region (Hub)

  • Referred From (Healthcare Establishment)

  • Referred From Region (Healthcare Establishment)

  • Reason for Referral (You can select multiple)

  • Active/Declined

  • Client’s GP Practice (If enabled)

  • Urgency

  • Access Needs

  • Report on Locality (Area filter)

📌Note: Filters only appear if your license supports them, and some filters (like Urgency) will only show if at least one referral includes that tag.

Once you apply filters, the screen will automatically update to reflect your selections.
