Enhancements to Manage Referral

Use the enhanced Manage Referrals screen to filter and view clients with pending referrals that haven’t been processed.

How to access pending referrals

  1. Go to Client Tools.

  2. Click Manage Referrals.

You will be taken to the Pending Referrals screen.


Search and view pending referrals

  • Use the search box in the top-right corner to find a specific client.

  • Click Show to view all clients referred into the licensee who haven’t yet been processed.


Use filters to refine results

On the left-hand side, you’ll see Referral Filters. These may vary depending on your license setup and referral form configuration:

  • Referred To (Hub).

  • Referred To Region (Hub).

  • Referred From (Healthcare Establishment).

  • Referred From Region (Healthcare Establishment).

  • Reason for Referral (if multiple reasons are enabled).

  • Active/Declined.

  • Client’s GP Practice (if enabled).

  • Urgency.

  • Access Needs.

You can apply one or more filters at the same time. The referral list will update automatically to reflect your selections.
