Appointment Calendar

This article will show you how to access, view, and manage referral and case appointments using the Appointment Calendar.

Access the Appointment Calendar

  1. Click Task Tools.

  2. Select Appointment Calendar.


Appointment types

On the calendar, you will see two types of appointments:

  • Referral Appointments (yellow): Created during step one of the Manage Referral pathway.

  • Case Appointments (purple): Created within a registered client’s case.

Clicking an appointment slot will display details at the bottom of the screen, including:

  • Date and time

  • Appointment owner

  • Notes

You can also click View/Edit Case Data to reschedule or update notes.


Arranging a new appointment

  1. Click Find Client.

  2. Under Actions, click View/Edit.

  3. Click Add a new appointment.

  4. Fill in the appointment details.

  5. Click Save.

Your calendar will reflect your availability, making it easier to coordinate with clients.
