Add a case note for the referral agent

Learn how to add a case note for a client that referral agents can view in both the web browser and EMIS.

How to add a case note

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. To view your current clients, click Show All.

  4. Under the Actions column, click Case Data.

  5. Click Edit Visit Details or Data next to the visit name.

  6. Click Case Notes (For Referral Agent).

  7. Click the New Note button.

  8. Use the Notes field to add your note.

  9. Click Save Changes.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you select the Hide checkbox, the note will not be visible to the referral agent.
