How to add a case note
Click Client Tools.
Click Find Client.
To view your current clients, click Show All.
Under the Actions column, click Case Data.
Click Edit Visit Details or Data next to the visit name.
Click Case Notes (For Referral Agent).
Click the New Note button.
Use the Notes field to add your note.
Click Save Changes.
πNote: If you select the Hide checkbox, the note will not be visible to the referral agent.
