Referral agents give your end users access to healthcare interventions, providing them direct connection to the care they need. You can create them for both internal and external users, giving you the flexibility to set them up to match your organisational requirements.
Prerequisites
Before creating a referral agent, you need to have User Access rights on your licence. If you are missing this, speak to your administration user.
Create a referral agent
Field | Information to enter |
Login name | Name and surname of the user, without spaces or special characters. If it’s already taken, simply add a number on the end. |
First name | The user's first name. |
Surname | The user's surname. |
Gender | The user's gender. |
Address | The user's address. This is usually their work location. |
Town | The town of the user's address. |
To create a referral agent, follow these simple steps.
Click Administration then click Users.
Click Create New User and fill out the mandatory information using the table above.
On the HCP Establishment field, select the establishments to link them to.
On the Healthcare Professional field, select Health Worker then click Save.
🤓Tip: After creating your referral agent, give them their username and ask them to create their password by clicking Forgotten Password on the login page.
