How to unarchive and reactivate a client
If a client has been closed off and archived, and someone (like a Link Worker) needs access again, you can unarchive the client and update their status to active.
Step-by-step: Unarchive and activate a client
Go to Client Tools in the main menu.
Click Find Client.
Use the search box to find the client, or click Show All.
Use the Case Status Filter at the top to select Closed / Discharged this helps locate archived clients.
Once found, click Show Cases.
On the right hand side, click Unarchive to restore the client.
Activate the client
Click View Case next to the client.
On the right hand side, use the Case Status dropdown to change the status to Active.
