Find a client or case

Learn how to search for clients and cases using the Find Client and Find Case tools in the Elemental platform.

Written by Connor Baeza

These tools are located in the Client Tools section and help you quickly find the information you need, depending on whether you're searching for a person or a specific case.

Understand the difference between Find Client and Find Case

  • Find Client: Search for an individual client, who may have one or more cases.

  • Find Case: Search for a specific case, linked to a client.

📌 Note: A client can have multiple cases. For example:

  • A Mental Health Support case assigned to a Social Prescriber.

  • A Physical Inactivity case assigned to a Health and Wellbeing Coach.
