Add a schedule of intervention for a client

Step by step guide to adding and scheduling interventions in a client's case record.

You can add a schedule of intervention in the client's case data using the following steps:

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. On the search box, type the name of the client.

  4. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  5. Click Manage Interventions.

  6. Under Actions, click Add Intervention to Case.

  7. For your required intervention, click Add to Case.

  8. On the Schedule list, select the schedule option required by the client. If the client can attend all sessions, select Include all schedules.

  9. Click either Prescribe Only or Prescribe and Send Email, whichever is appropriate.

πŸ“ŒNote: If there is only one schedule for an intervention, the schedule list will not appear.
