Why intervention and category counts may not match in reports
If you are seeing a mismatch between the number of interventions and categories in your reports, there's a simple explanation.
Each intervention can be assigned multiple categories, including:
Primary categories.
Secondary categories.
This means a single intervention may appear under more than one category, which can result in more categories being counted than interventions.
