Creating and Managing Cohort Groups in Elemental

Cohort groups let you tag clients to specific groups so you can track and report on their progress across multiple interventions over time.


How to create or edit a cohort group

Access the Cohort tab:

  1. Click Administration in the main menu.

  2. Select Hub Management.

  3. Click on your hub.

  4. Go to the Cohort tab.

To edit an existing cohort:

  • Click Edit next to the cohort you want to update.

To create a new cohort:

  1. Click Create New Cohort.

  2. Enter a title for the cohort.

  3. Tick the Enabled (for selection) checkbox if you want the cohort to be available when tagging clients.

  4. Tick the Enabled (for reporting) checkbox if you want to include this cohort in reports.

  5. Choose the appropriate Sharing option to control who can access the cohort.

  6. Click Save Changes.
