Adding a status to a client's case

You can update a clientโ€™s case status using the Client Tools menu. This helps track their engagement and progress.


How to add or change a case status

  1. Click Client Tools in the main menu.

  2. Select Find Client.

  3. Use the search box to find your client, or click Show All to browse the full list.

  4. Under Actions, click Show Cases.

  5. Click View Case next to the relevant entry.

  6. Use the Engaging in Service dropdown to select the appropriate status.
