Set up a goal for a client

This guide explains how to create a new goal and locate existing goals for a client.

New goal

You can set up goals for a client in the manage referrals screen.

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Manage Referrals.

  3. Under Actions, click View/Edit.

  4. Check and enter any information on steps one and two.

  5. Once on step three, click the Goals tab.

  6. Click New Goal.

  7. Fill out the details of the goal.

  8. Click Save Changes.


Existing goals

You can find existing goals in the client's information.

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click show all.

  4. In the search box, enter the client's name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Under Case Appointments & Visits, click Case Details.

  8. Click the Goals tab.

From here, you are able to view the goals and complete them by clicking the Goal is Complete option.
