Change an appointment name

Managing a New Referral

  1. Go to Client Tools.

  2. Click Manage Referrals.

    • You’ll see the number of referrals waiting to be picked up in brackets.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. Under Actions, click View/Edit.


Creating a Case from a Referral

  1. Review and update the information on the Step One screen.

  2. Click Proceed to Case.

  3. For a new client, click Register New Client.

  4. Fill in the Client Details form.

  5. Click Proceed.

  6. Next to the client details, click Select.

  7. Click Create the Case and Proceed to Baseline Data.

  8. Create a new visit note and record baseline measurements.

  9. Click Save Data and View Risks.

  10. Change the Title text to your preferred name.

  11. Click Save Changes.


Existing visit

You can change the name of an existing visit from the Client Tools.

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click show all.

  4. On the search box, enter the client's name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Click the graphimage.png button next to the appointment.

  7. Change the Title text to your new name.

  8. Click Save Changes.
