Delete a document assigned to a client

Learn how to remove a document from a client’s record using the Documents tab.

Steps to delete a client document

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. Use the search box to enter the client’s name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Go to the Documents tab.

  7. Find the document you want to remove and click Delete.

  8. Click OK to confirm.

  9. Click Save Changes to complete the process.
