From 09.ES.2023, if you already have registration data on the system for a client, it detects the previous registration and allows you to update the existing client registration.
You can follow these simple steps to see this functionality.
Click Client Tools, then click Manage Referrals.
Click Manage Referral.
Click Show.
Under Actions, click View/Edit.
Check the details are correct, then click Proceed to Case.
Next to the relevant client, click Select.
Click Create Case, then click Proceed to Baseline data.
Once you’ve selected the relevant data that you’d like to change, click Save and Proceed.
You’re now taken to the Baseline Data screen where you can proceed to complete the rest of the five steps as you previously would.
