Navigate to the client case data
You can change the text message reminder details from the Client Tools menu.
Click Client Tools.
Click Find Client.
Click show all.
On the search box, enter the client's name.
Under Actions, click Case Data.
Change sender details
You can change the sender details for a text message on a new SMS alert, or by editing an existing alert.
New appointment
Click Add New Appointment.
Under Alerts and Notifications, click New SMS Alert.
In the Append box, edit the text to what you'd like it to say.
Click OK.
Existing appointment
Click the calendar button
next to the appointment.
Under Alerts and Notifications, click Edit.
Under Message, update the information you require.
Click OK.
