Add an intervention to a client case

Guidance on adding an intervention to a client case.

Navigate to the client information

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. Use the search box to find your client.

  5. Click Case Data next to your client.


Add intervention

If this is the first intervention recorded for the client, you have the option to add the first intervention.

  • Under Actions, click Add first intervention.

If your client has previous interventions, you will see the option to manage interventions.

  1. Under Actions, click Manage Interventions.

  2. Click Add Intervention to Case.

The screen will open with a list of all the interventions available to add to the client case file. You can click on the intervention title to find out more about it.

  1. Click Add to case.

  2. Check the email template table below before continuing.

  3. Click Prescribe and Send Email.

From

Automatically populated with your email address.

To

Automatically populated with the client's email address. You can edit this if required.

Subject

Automatically populated with the intervention details.

Message

Automatically populated with a message based on the intervention.


Additional information can be added by selecting the Email Template checkboxes.

Click Edit Text if you wish to manually amend the details.
