Changing the owner of a referral

Need to assign a referral to a different user? You can update the owner directly from the client’s case details.


How to change the referral owner

  1. Click Client Tools in the main menu.

  2. Select Find Client.

  3. Click Show All.

  4. Use the search box to enter the client’s name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Click the pencil icon next to the Reason for Referral

  7. Use the Owner list to select the new user.

  8. Click Save Changes.
