Attach documents to provider emails

Attach referral forms and other documents directly to emails sent from Access Elemental.

You can now easily attach documents, such as specific referral forms your provider may need when sending emails from Access Elemental. This helps streamline communication and ensures all necessary information is included.


Step by step guide

  1. Click Client Tools then click Find case.

  2. Select the relevant case then click View Case.

  3. Click the Social Prescriptions tab.

  4. To add an intervention, click Add Intervention to Case.

  5. Select the intervention then click Add To Case.

  6. Click Prescribe then select Agreed to Proceed.

  7. Click Upload a File then browse to the relevant file.

  8. Click Prescribe and Send Email to compete the process.
