Platform updates

We're excited to announce that we've made some significant updates to our Elemental Platform! We introduced a brand new look to the login screen and updated the sidebar. Our team has been working hard to provide you with an even more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

The new login screen features a modern and sleek design that makes it easier to access your account and navigate through the platform. You will also notice that the updated side bar offers more efficient and organized ways of working with your files.

We believe that these updates will help improve your experience on the platform, and we hope that you'll enjoy exploring the new look and feel.

We've also added the following new features.


Address Auto Population feature

This feature is designed to improve data quality and accuracy while also making it quicker and easier to input addresses into the platform.

With the new address search functionality, you can simply start typing the address you are looking for into the search bar, and the platform will auto-populate the address fields for you with the relevant information from the database. This means that you no longer have to manually input the full address, saving you time and effort.

Using this feature will not only make your workflow more efficient, but it will also ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the platform. Since the address fields are populated by the system, you don't have to worry about typos or other errors.

To use this feature, open the search bar, type in part of the address you are looking for, and select the relevant address from the dropdown. The platform will then auto-populate the address fields with the address details.

Ability to attach documents to Provider Emails

We've added the ability to attach documents to provider emails! With this feature, you can easily attach documents such as specific referral forms that your provider may need to the emails you send via the platform.

This allows you to streamline your workflow and communicate with your providers more effectively and efficiently. No more switching between multiple platforms to send an email and attach a document. With the Elemental Platform, you can do both in one place!

To use this feature, simply attach the document to your email when composing a message to your provider. This way, your provider will have all the necessary information they need in one email thread.

Access Needs Reporting enhancement

We've added the ability for projects to report on access needs for their clients.

With this new feature, project teams can now report on specific access needs for their clients, such as visual or hearing impairment, mobility challenges, or language barriers. This information can be added to the client's profile within the platform, enabling team members to provide tailored support and ensure that the clients' needs are met.
