Equality Monitoring Enhancement warning feature
We're excited to introduce our brand new Equality Monitoring Enhancement warning feature. As a referral handler, we know how busy things can be and how important it is to make sure that every aspect of your client case information is filled in, especially when it comes time for reporting on the data and how easy it is to overlook important information such as demographics.
Once you enable this feature, you're prompted and reminded each time you try to make an edit on a case where the relevant demographic information is missing.

Onward Referral Overview feature
We're introducing our new Onward Referral Overview feature. We understand you may have to refer between hubs within your project and we know how important it is that once you’ve made an onward referral you can check on the progress of your client. With this in mind, we've created the new Overview feature, where you can easily check their progress and stay up to date every step of the way.
