Automatic Postcode Sorting for Hubs
Sending referrals to the right hub quickly and accurately is crucial. With our new Automatic Postcode Sorting feature, this just got a whole lot easier.
Automatic Hub Referrals
Now, you can automatically send referrals to the appropriate hubs based on the postcode entered during the referral process.
We’ve used the comprehensive postcode data from the Office of National Statistics, so you can trust that every UK postcode is included.
Simple Setup
If you have hub management access rights, you can set this up effortlessly. This needs to be enabled first by the Support Team – please raise a ticket via the Customer Success Portal to enable this.
Just head to the hub management section, find the new Automatic Postcode Sorting tab, and you're good to go.
Quick and Easy Search
Use the search box to find wards by ward name, ward code, or local authority, making setup a breeze.
If you're unsure of the Ward Information, you can use the Office of National Statistics Lookup.
Smart Hub Selection
The system automatically narrows down hub options based on the entered postcode.
You have the flexibility to direct referrals to one or multiple hubs, depending on your needs.
Maintain Control
Even with automatic sorting, you can still select the hub via the Refer to Centre option, ensuring you have the final say.
