We’re please to announce the 18.ES.2024 version of Elemental, bringing you new features and updates.
Improved find case screen
Based on your feedback via the Wootric integration, we’ve revamped the Find Case screen to be faster and more user friendly. This enhancement significantly boosts platform performance, making it easier and quicker for you to locate and manage cases effectively.
Thank you to everyone who’s provided feedback through our integration, your input is invaluable to us. We’ll be reviewing this feedback quarterly to continually enhance our product based on your needs.
When you access Find Case via Client Tools, you’ll now have access to the new enhanced Find Case screen. We’ve added new tabs along the top to allow you to easily view the following:
My Active Cases | Any cases which you are the case owner and are currently within the Active or Waiting case status. |
All Active | Any cases in the Active and Waiting case status owned by a hub member. |
All (Including Closed and Archived) | All cases owned by your hub regardless of cases status. |
There's also a new data filter tab along the top. When you select this, a new time bar appears at the top to allow you to filter cases based on the selected timeframe.
Under 18 flag
We’ve introduced a new feature to enhance safety and compliance.
Now, when you refer clients or work with projects involving individuals under 18, you’ll receive alerts to ensure you’re aware of their age from the start. This helps you provide the appropriate level of care and attention, ensuring you meet everyone’s needs efficiently.
When a referral agent now makes a referral via Express Referral, and they input an age with is under 18 in the date of birth section, the following alert appears along the top of the screen.
When the referral processes, a new under 18 tag appears within the Manage Referrals section for the referral handlers.
When the referral processes and created into a case, a new tag appears within the Find Case/Find Client.
Enhanced Health Check reporting
We’re excited to introduce a new Enhanced Health Check field within the referral form.
This feature allows you to accurately track and report the number of referrals related to enhanced health checks, meaning you can gain deeper insights, helping you to monitor and analyse trends more effectively.
Within the express referral form there’s now a question asking if it relates to an Enhanced Health Check and you can answer Yes or No.
Once you add this, you can view this information throughout multiple reports within the platform as a filter. You can also find it within the Case Details section for each of the clients.
Updates to GP Attendance Monitoring Tool titles
We understand the importance of clarity in reporting. With updated titles in our GP Attendance Monitoring Tool to say clinical attendance, you can now easily identify and interpret the data relevant to your needs. This improvement ensures that your reports reflect the asked questions, providing you with more actionable insights.
New option within gender field in referral stage
You now have the option to select ‘not disclosed’ in the gender field during the referral stage. This update respects user preferences and ensure that our platform accommodates diverse identities and preferences seamlessly.
New fields in activity report download
Enhancing your reporting capabilities, we’ve added new fields for GP Practice and GP Practice Region in our activity report download. This allows you to filter and analyse data more precisely, providing deeper insights into your project’s performance based on geographic and practice-specific criteria.
New fields in intervention screen
Managing interventions is now easier than ever!
We’ve added clear fields for start and end dates directly on the intervention screen, ensuring you can quickly access and manager intervention timelines, improving efficiency in your workflow.
Marketplace enhancements for NHS number field
Our marketplace now includes helpful guidance around the NHS number field in the Self Refer tab, if enabled for projects. This addition ensures clarity and accuracy when inputting crucial information, streamlining the user experience for healthcare professionals and clients alike.
