Manging auto deactivation setting

Elemental includes a timer system that automatically disables user accounts after a period of inactivity. The timeframe for this depends on the licensee settings.

Can this be changed or disabled?

Yes the auto deactivation feature can be adjusted or turned off by following these steps:

How to update auto deactivation settings

  1. Go to Licensee's, then click Edit.

  2. Open the Preferences tab.

  3. Find the Deactivate User setting.

  4. Change the number of months to set when the auto deactivation should trigger.

πŸ“ŒNote: Set this to 0 if you want to disable auto deactivation entirely.
