We're excited to announce an update to the Access Elemental EMIS integration! To enhance clarity and consistency, we're updating the tab name within the External Views in EMIS. From effective 12 December 2024.
Key changes
New tab name: The tab label now reads as Access Elemental.
Previous names: This change replaces the existing names Elemental SPX and Social Prescription.
Functionality: There's no changes to functionality. All features and operations remain the same.
Impact
Who's affected: This update specifically applies to customers using the Access Elemental EMIS integration. It doesn't affect users of SystemOne and Vision.
Required user action: Users need to select Access Elemental within the external views to access the integration moving forward.
Next steps
Communication: Please circulate this message to all relevant GPs and staff within your practice to ensure they're aware of the change.
