How to deactivate an establishment
If you need to deactivate an establishment, follow these steps:
Go to the Administration tab, click on Licensees in the left hand menu.
Use Ctrl+F to quickly search for license linked to the establishment.
Once found, click Edit Establishments on the right hand side.
In the Title field, add deactivated at the end. This helps others easily identify that the establishment is no longer active.
Un-tag the establishment from any Hub it is currently linked to.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Need to stop all referrals?
If you want to stop all referrals to this establishment, please raise your query through the Access Digital Assistant and quote "Raise a case" for this issue to passed on to a support engineer.
