Adding a new reason for referral requires help from the support team, it cannot be done directly in the system.

To request this:

  • Please raise your query through the Access Digital Assistant and quote "Raise a case" for this issue to passed on to a support engineer.

  • In your request, please confirm whether the new reason should be added to all Hubs or just to specific ones.
