Accessing & adding users to the Elemental Demo platform
If you have upcoming training on Elemental, you'll be given access to the Demo platform on the morning of your training session.
Adding users to the Demo platform
To add users, you will need Hub Manager permission. This gives you the right access to create accounts.
Setting up usernames
Use the user's full name in lowercase, with no spaces or capital letters.
Example: johnsmith
If you get an error like User already exists or Username already taken, just add two digitals at the end.
Example: johnsmith01
