Mark a case as confidential

Step by step guide on how to mark a case as confidential.

You can mark a case as confidential from the case data.

  1. Click Client Tools.

  2. Click Find Client.

  3. Click show all.

  4. In the search box, enter the client's name.

  5. Under Actions, click Case Data.

  6. Next to the case name, click the pencil image.png button.

  7. Under Security, select the Confidential Record checkbox.

  8. Click Save Changes.
