Learn how to create and configure a new facilitator using Provider Tool.

Steps to add a new facilitator

  1. Click Provider Tools.

  2. Select Facilitator Pool.

  3. Click Create New Facilitator.

  4. Fill in all relevant details, including:

    • Email address

    • Username

    • Any required settings

  5. Click Save Changes.


Additional options

  • If the facilitator requires platform access, click Pwd to set login credentials.

  • If the facilitator is needed for an intervention, tick the My Pool checkbox.
