Steps to add a new facilitator
Click Provider Tools.
Select Facilitator Pool.
Click Create New Facilitator.
Fill in all relevant details, including:
Email address
Username
Any required settings
Click Save Changes.
Additional options
If the facilitator requires platform access, click Pwd to set login credentials.
If the facilitator is needed for an intervention, tick the My Pool checkbox.
